4. What are the minimum plot dimensions?

3. What are the requirements for a plot to build a DEXED HOME?
The plot must be designated for residential construction per the Local Development Plan. If such a plan does not exist, a zoning decision must be obtained.
7. What technologies does Dexed Home offer?
Solar roof, hybrid inverter, energy storage, heat pump, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
6. What materials are used for the walls?
- Structural walls: Prefabricated reinforced concrete (15 cm thick)
- Interior walls: Lightweight steel frames covered with gypsum boards
5. Is a foundation slab included in the standard?
Yes, we provide a monolithic foundation slab. Geotechnical surveys and ground preparation are the client's responsibility.
8. How is the home heated?
Underfloor heating combined with air exchange via heat recovery ventilation ensures optimal comfort and efficiency.
9. Can I modify the layout of the walls?
The layout of interior walls is fixed and cannot be changed. The only option is to mirror the house’s design. After receiving the keys, the homeowner may introduce changes, but Dexed Home does not provide warranties on modified elements.
